Filtering and Participants

Learn how to find specific meetings and manage meeting participants effectively.

Filtering and Searching

Use the filter buttons in the toolbar to find specific meetings.

Available Filters

FilterDescription
StatusShow only meetings with specific statuses
TagsFilter by meeting tags
ParticipantsShow meetings with specific attendees
StepFilter by linked milestone steps
Scheduled DateShow meetings within a date range

Search

Use the search box to find meetings by title. The search updates in real-time as you type.

Clearing Filters

Click Reset in the filter area to clear all active filters and show all meetings.

Participants

Adding Participants

When creating or editing a meeting, you can invite:

  • Individual Members - Specific team members
  • Teams - All members of a team receive the invitation
  • Organizations - All members across multiple teams

Participant Expansion

When you invite a team or organization, the system automatically expands this to include all individual members. The email preview shows exactly who will receive the meeting invitation.

View Options

Click the View button to customize your display.

View Mode

  • List - Table view with sortable columns
  • Calendar - Visual calendar layout

Display Options

  • Archived Meetings - Toggle to show or hide archived meetings
  • Show Tags - Toggle tag visibility in the list

Column Visibility

Choose which columns to display in the list view:

  • Title
  • Status
  • Date & Time
  • Participants
  • Settings
  • Access
  • Related Step

Click Reset to restore default column settings, or Set default for everyone to apply your preferences workspace-wide.
