Access Control

Manage who can view and edit your meetings with granular permission controls.

Permission Levels

Meetings support granular access control:

RoleCapabilities
OwnerFull control - edit, delete, share, manage permissions
EditorCan modify meeting details and add comments
ViewerRead-only access to meeting information

Sharing a Meeting

  1. Open the meeting detail view
  2. Click the Share button
  3. Add members, teams, or organizations
  4. Set their permission level (Editor or Viewer)
  5. Save changes

Visibility Settings

  • Private - Only the owner and explicitly shared users can access
  • Custom - Access controlled by the share list
