AI Transcript Analysis

When a meeting has a transcript, you can use AI to automatically extract valuable insights.

Decisions

The AI identifies decisions discussed in the meeting, including:

  • What was decided
  • Who is responsible
  • Any mentioned deadlines
  • Priority based on discussion context

Action Items

The AI extracts actionable tasks, including:

  • What needs to be done
  • Who should do it
  • When it's due
  • Priority level

Using AI Analysis

  1. Open a completed meeting with a transcript
  2. Click Analyze Transcript or use the AI assistant
  3. Review the extracted decisions and action items
  4. Add them to the meeting record with one click

The AI is smart enough to avoid duplicating existing decisions and action items.

Integration with Other Apps

Calendar Integration

Meetings integrate with external calendars:

  • Microsoft Teams - Send invitations directly to Teams
  • Google Meet - Create Google Calendar events with Meet links

When you click Send via Teams or Send via Meet, the meeting is saved and the calendar application opens with all details pre-filled.

Issue Tracking

Link meetings to issues for complete project tracking:

  • Reference related issues in the meeting
  • Create new issues from action items
  • Track which issues were discussed in which meetings
