Meeting DetailsLearn how to create, configure, and manage meetings in your workspace.
When creating or editing a meeting, you can configure:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | A clear, descriptive name for the meeting |
| Agenda | Rich text description of topics to discuss |
| Date | The meeting date |
| Start Time | When the meeting begins |
| Duration | How long the meeting will last (15 min to 8 hours) |
| Timezone | The timezone for the meeting time |
| Participants | Who should attend (members, teams, or organizations) |
| Tags | Labels for organizing and filtering meetings |
| Settings | Options like Video Recording, Transcription, and AI Summary |
Enable these options to enhance your meeting experience:
Most fields support inline editing - click directly on the title, description, or other fields to modify them without opening a separate form.

Meetings progress through these statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Draft | Meeting is being planned, not yet confirmed |
| Scheduled | Meeting is confirmed and on the calendar |
| In Progress | Meeting is currently happening |
| Completed | Meeting has finished |
| Cancelled | Meeting was cancelled |
Change status from the meeting detail view or using quick actions in the table.
