Track changes and collaborate with your team on database entries.

Activity Feed

The activity section tracks:

• Entry creation
• Field value changes
• Comments and discussions

Toggle Show field changes to see or hide automatic field change entries.

Adding Comments

1. Type in the comment field at the bottom
2. Use @ mentions to notify team members
3. Set visibility (Team, Public, Private)
4. Click Comment to post

Subscribers

Add subscribers to entries to keep team members informed of changes:

1. Click the + in the Subscribers section
2. Search and select team members
3. Subscribers receive notifications on updates
