Access Control

Control who can view and edit your databases and entries.

Database-Level Access

Control who can view and edit a database:

1. Click the share button in the database header
2. Add members, teams, or organizations
3. Set access level: Owner, Editor, or Viewer

Entry-Level Access

Each entry has its own access controls:

1. Open the entry detail view
2. Click the Private or share button
3. Configure access for specific users or groups

Access Levels

Level	Permissions
Owner	Full control including delete and sharing
Editor	Can view and edit, but not delete or share
Viewer	Read-only access

Visibility Modes

• Private - Only explicitly granted users can access
• Custom - Specific users, teams, or organizations have access
• Inherit - Inherits access from parent database
