Billing & Subscription

Manage your workspace subscription, payment methods, and billing information.

The Usage & Billing settings let you view your current plan, monitor usage, manage payment methods, and update billing details. Access these settings to upgrade your plan, download invoices, or update your billing contacts.

Billing Settings

To access billing settings, go to Settings in the sidebar, then select the Usage & Billing tab.

Current Plan

View your subscription status and workspace usage at a glance.

This Month's Activity

Track your workspace activity for the current billing period:

Changing Plans

To upgrade or downgrade your plan:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Usage & Billing
  2. Review the plan options under Change Plan
  3. Select your desired plan
  4. Click Save Changes

Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Payment Methods

Manage the payment methods used for your subscription.

Viewing Payment Methods

Your saved payment methods appear in the Payment Methods section. Each card displays:

  • Card type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Last 4 digits
  • Expiration date

Adding a Payment Method

  1. Navigate to Settings > Usage & Billing > Payment Methods
  2. Click Add New Card
  3. Enter your card details
  4. Click Save

Removing a Payment Method

  1. Find the card you want to remove
  2. Click the delete icon
  3. Confirm the removal

You must have at least one valid payment method on file for paid plans.

Invoices

Access your billing history and download invoices for your records.

Viewing Invoices

  1. Navigate to Settings > Usage & Billing > Invoices
  2. View the list of all past invoices
  3. Click on any invoice to download a PDF copy

Invoices include:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Billing period
  • Plan details
  • Amount charged
  • Payment method used

Invoice Delivery

Invoices are automatically sent to all billing contacts when generated. You can also download them manually from the Invoices section.

Billing Address

Set the company information that appears on your invoices.

Updating Billing Address

  1. Navigate to Settings > Usage & Billing > Billing Address
  2. Update the relevant fields
  3. Click Save Changes

Changes apply to all future invoices.

Billing Contacts

Manage who receives invoices and billing notifications.

Adding a Billing Contact

  1. Navigate to Settings > Usage & Billing > Billing Contacts
  2. Click Add Contact
  3. Enter the contact's name, email, and phone number
  4. Click Save

Managing Contacts

The primary contact receives all billing communications first. Additional contacts receive copies of invoices and important billing notifications.

Billing FAQ

When am I charged?

Subscriptions are billed monthly on your billing date. You can see your next billing date on the Current Plan page.

Can I get a refund?

Contact support for refund requests. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

What happens if my payment fails?

If a payment fails, we'll notify your billing contacts and retry the charge. After multiple failed attempts, your workspace may be downgraded to the Free plan.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel, change your plan to Free Space. Your workspace will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
