Progress Tracking

Understanding Progress Indicators

Each milestone and step displays a circular progress indicator that reflects the completion status of linked issues (tasks). Click on any progress indicator to see details about the linked issues.

ColorMeaning
Green segmentsCompleted issues
Blue segmentsIssues in progress
Red segmentsOverdue issues (past due date and not complete)
Gray segmentsIssues not yet started

The percentage in the center shows overall completion based on linked issues.

How Progress is Calculated

  • Steps: Progress is based on the status of issues linked to that step
  • Milestones: Progress aggregates all issues linked to steps within that milestone

If a step has no linked issues, its progress will show 0%.

Overdue Items

Steps with past due dates are highlighted in red text. This makes it easy to identify areas that need immediate attention.

Filtering Your View

Use the filter buttons at the top of the page to focus on specific items.

Status Filter

Filter milestones by their computed completion status based on linked issues:

StatusMeaning
Not yet startedNo linked issues have been started, or no issues exist
In ProgressAt least one linked issue is in progress, or some issues are complete but not all
CompleteAll linked issues are marked as done

When filtering by status, matching milestones are shown with all their steps.

Parties Filter

Show only steps assigned to specific team members, teams, or organizations. Milestones with matching steps will be included.

Due Date Filter

Filter by date range to see what's coming up or what's overdue. You can filter by:

  • Due Date - When the step should be completed
  • Created Date - When the step was created
  • Updated Date - When the step was last modified
