Leverage AI assistance, publishing workflows, and activity tracking for professional project management.

AI Assistant

The built-in AI assistant can help you plan your milestones more effectively.

Using the AI Assistant

  1. Click the Ask AI button in the toolbar
  2. Type your question or request, such as:
    • "What tasks should I add to complete this milestone?"
    • "Are there any gaps in my project plan?"
    • "Suggest dependencies for this step"
  3. Press Enter or click Send to get AI-powered recommendations

The AI has access to your full milestone plan context, including all milestones, steps, due dates, dependencies, and linked issues.

Recommending Issues

From any step's detail page, click Recommend Tasks to have the AI suggest specific issues that could help complete that step. The AI analyzes the step description, existing linked issues, and the overall milestone context to generate relevant suggestions.

Publishing Workflow

Milestone plans have a publishing workflow to help manage changes and communicate status to stakeholders.

Plan Status

StatusDescription
DraftThe plan is being developed and may change
PublishedThe plan is finalized and shared with stakeholders
In RevisionA published plan that has been modified

Publishing a Plan

  1. Click the status button (showing Draft or In Revision) in the top-right corner
  2. A confirmation dialog will appear - click Publish (or Republish for plans in revision) to proceed
  3. All space members will receive a notification that the plan has been published
  4. Any edits to a published plan automatically move it to "In Revision" status
  5. The plan's publish date is recorded and displayed

Note: When a plan is published, clicking the status button has no effect since status changes only occur through editing. To return a published plan to revision, make any edit to the plan.

Activity History

Track all changes to your milestone plan in the activity history.

Viewing History

  1. Click the more options menu (three dots) in the top-right corner, next to the status button
  2. Select View History to open the activity panel on the right side

The activity panel shows a chronological list of all changes including:

  • Who made each change
  • What was changed (e.g., description, due date, status)
  • When it happened
  • Old and new values for field changes

Adding Comments

Use the comment field at the bottom of the activity panel to add notes, ask questions, or provide updates visible to your team. You can set the visibility of your comments to control who can see them.
