The fastest way to upload files is to drag them directly from your computer onto the Files app. A blue overlay will appear indicating where files will be uploaded.
Using the Upload Dialog
- Click the + New button in the toolbar
- Select Upload Files
- Either drag files into the dropzone or click to browse
- Select a destination folder using the path selector
- Click Upload to begin the transfer
Upload Progress
During upload, you'll see:
- Individual progress bars for each file
- Completion status indicators (green checkmark for success)
- Error messages if any uploads fail
Handling Duplicates
When uploading a file with the same name as an existing file:
- A warning dialog appears explaining the duplicate
- Choose Continue and Create New Versions to add the files as new versions
- Choose Cancel to abort the upload
